Accessing the lounge
You’ll find our airport lounge after clearing security screening and passing through our retail shop, and then entering the departures area. Proceed to the left to Boarding Gate 3, and the Lounge is located on the right-hand side before the gate.
Passengers can book online in advance for the best available rates or pay on the day of travel at our Customer Information desk or at the till area in ShopWest. We also welcome Priority Pass and Lounge Pass members; please present your membership details upon arrival. Aer Lingus and British Airways silver-tier and above members can also avail of the lounge.
To access the lounge, passengers must visit the Customer Information desk in the main terminal or any of our ShopWest tills to check in and receive a code to activate the lounge door.
What’s included
The Airport Lounge is open daily, opening 2 hours before the first flight departure each day. Adult entry is €20.00 if you pay on the day or €18.00 if pre-booked online. Entry is €10.00 for children under 12 and must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers can use the lounge for up to 3 hours ahead of their scheduled flight departure. Our lounge offering includes:

- Analogue and ISDN lines available for laptops

Information for passengers
- Only products available in the lounge at the time of visit are for consumption.
- Orders for hot food or alcoholic beverages cannot be placed from the airport bar or restaurant for delivery to the lounge.
- Food or drink available in the lounge is not permitted to be removed from the lounge under any circumstances, and any breaches of this policy may be subject to prosecution.
- If you pre-booked online, please bring your email confirmation on the day to the Airport Information Desk to gain access to the Lounge.
- Passengers are asked to behave and dress appropriately at all times.
- Monitored CCTV is in operation.
- Ireland West Airport reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone or request their removal if their attire or conduct is deemed offensive or disruptive.
