This service is available to all passengers travelling within the EU. It is not available to passengers travelling to non-EU destinations, as all liquor, tobacco, perfume, cosmetics, and gifts must be exported to avail of the duty-free prices.

What is the allowance of Duty Free spirits and tobacco when travelling to the UK or to nonEU destinations?
If travelling to the UK, the Canary Islands and any non-EU destination, you have an allowance of up to 4 litres of spirits and up to 200 cigarettes / 250g of tobacco. If you go over your allowance, you pay tax and duty on the total value of the goods, not just the value above the allowance. You may have to pay import VAT and customs duty if you exceed your allowance.
