General Car Park Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions:
• “us” “we” and “our” means Connaught Airport Development Company trading as ‘Ireland West Airport’ whose registered office is at Ireland West Airport, Charlestown, Co. Mayo
• “vehicle” means the vehicle which enters into the Car Park and includes any mechanical device on wheels or tracks, its equipment and accessories.

2. Airport Car Park Opening Hours
Please note the airport car park closes one hour after our last scheduled flight arrival and is monitored by 24-hour security surveillance. it is not possible to gain entry to the car park outside of these times.

3. Our liabilities
We are responsible for using reasonable skill and care in the operation of the Car Park. However, that responsibility is limited and we are only liable as set out below and have no other liability to you.
• We are liable for any death or personal injury arising from our negligence and the negligence of our servants or agents. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude that liability.
• We are liable for the loss of or damage to or theft of or from, or temporary failure to deliver any vehicle or property belonging to you arising from our negligence and the negligence or dishonesty of our servants or agents.
• Except as set out above, we shall only be liable for losses which were:
— reasonably foreseeable at the time of entering into a contract with you on the basis of these Terms and Conditions; or
— incurred as a result of our negligence or the negligence of our servants and agents; or
— incurred as a result of our failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that although we have the above responsibility to you, you should bear in mind that public car parks are open to everyone. We cannot guarantee that people will not enter into the Car Park and cause damage to property or engage in criminal behaviour. Accordingly, you park in our Car Park at your own risk. We do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and/or its contents.

4. Claims and complaints procedure
If your vehicle sustains damage while in the Car Park or if you lose your vehicle or any of your possessions from your vehicle while it is in the Car Park, you should:
• Immediately either inform a member of our staff at the Car Park or contact our staff at the security office for the Car Park using the intercom system or otherwise notify our Customer Services Team on (00353) 949368100
• In the case of theft, immediately inform the police;
• Notify your insurers promptly.

If you consider that you have a claim against us you must write to our Customer Services Team within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery of the loss, damage or theft giving full details of the occurrence. Before submitting a claim we ask that you satisfy yourself that the subject matter of your claim lies within the areas of our responsibility set out above.

If you wish to make a claim or to register a complaint about the service that you have received please write to the Commercial Manager at Ireland West Airport, Charlestown, Co. Mayo, Ireland.

5. Security of your vehicle
Unless requested by a member of our staff not to do so, please ensure that before you leave the Car Park:
• Your vehicle is securely locked;
• All of the windows of your vehicle are securely closed;
• If your vehicle is fitted with a vehicle alarm, steering lock, or similar device, that it is engaged.

Where CCTV cameras are installed in any of our Car Parks they are used to assist in the proper running of the Car Park. The CCTV cameras may also act as a deterrent to criminal activity. We are obliged by law to display signage in the Car Park advising that CCTV cameras are in operation. However, we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras and no guarantee is given as to the security of your vehicle in Car Parks where CCTV is installed.

6. Possesions
Wherever possible please take your possessions with you when you leave your vehicle.

If you do leave possessions in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk. Therefore, please do not leave them where they are visible. You should lock them in the boot or in an equivalent, secure, out-of-sight storage area within your vehicle.

You are reminded that your motor insurance policy may not cover possessions in your vehicle. It may be possible to arrange separate insurance cover for such possessions and we encourage you to do so.

7. Courtesy to other customers
If you damage another customer’s vehicle you should report the matter to us giving the registration numbers of both vehicles. You must also notify the owner of the other vehicle by leaving a note on the windscreen of their vehicle providing your vehicle and contact details and any other details that are relevant to the incident.

8. Safety in the car park
Please drive carefully in the Car Park and obey the directional and other signs.

Car parks can be dangerous. After you have parked your vehicle you must proceed immediately to the nearest passenger lift, staircase or exit, following the recommended route (if any). You must not, in any circumstances, exit the Car Park by walking under a vehicle exit barrier.

Do not delay your exit from the Car Park and please supervise your children and pets who must be kept under your control at all times in the Car Park.

For safety reasons you are not entitled to remain in your vehicle in the Car Park or elsewhere in the Car Park except for the purposes of parking or removing your vehicle.

9. Car Park Tickets
The ticket issued to you is only valid for the vehicle in respect of which it is issued. Neither a Ticket entitles you, unless otherwise specified, to any particular space in the Car Park or to priority over other customers. Upon entry to the Car Park, if you are unable to find a space for your vehicle then you should exit immediately to prevent any parking charges from arising.

In the car park you should take your ticket with you to make it more difficult for someone else to remove your vehicle without your consent.

We reserve the right to refuse to release any vehicle for which a valid and current ticket, cannot be produced, until we have made reasonable enquiries. Failure to produce your ticket or will therefore delay your departure.

If you cannot produce your ticket or card you made pre payment with, on departure you will be charged at the full 24 hourly rate for each 24 hour period or part thereof that your vehicle has been in the Car Park.

No refund will be made for any parking charges paid in respect of a lost ticket.

10. Parking Charge Notice
We have a responsibility for the enforcement of Restrictions on where you may park will be indicated on signage displayed in the Car Park or by markings on the ground and it is your responsibility to check that your Vehicle is not parked such that it is in breach of any restriction.e for your vehicle then you should exit immediately to prevent any parking charges from arising.

We may issue Parking Charge Notices for breaches of the restrictions, including but not limited to, parking:.
• In an area in the Car Park not specifically designated for parking, or in a restricted area in the Car Park;
• If beyond the bay markings in a single designated Car Parking bay; and a Vehicle in a bay reserved for another purpose, including but not limited to:
• In a PRM (Passenger with reduced mobility) parking space without clearly displaying a valid PRM badge belonging to yourself or another occupant of the vehicle
• A motor-cycle anywhere in the Car Park, other than in a designated for that purpose; and a low sided-vehicle in a designated high sided vehicle bay.

11. Parking contraventions
It is important to the effective management of the Car Park:
• that you do not park within a bay designated for a specific purpose when you are not entitled to do so (e.g. parking in a space for the Passenegrs with reduced Mobility (PRM) without an appropriate PRM badge displayed);
• that you park within a marked bay;
• that, in relation to pay and display sites, you comply with the requirements set out at paragraph 9b and your vehicle does not remain in the Car Park for longer than the duration allocated and paid for; and
• that you comply with all signs in the Car Park.

If you do not comply with these requirements then we may issue you with a Parking Contravention Charge Notice. Specific details as to the sum of the Parking Contravention Charge Notice are available in each car park or may be obtained from our Security Office on (00353) 949368188. We issue such notices because we will incur a loss as your actions will prevent the efficient management of the Car Park. The amount of the Parking Contravention Charge represents a genuine pre-estimate of the additional expense incurred by us as a result of your incorrect parking.

If you incur a Parking Contravention Charge a Notice will be given to you or attached to your vehicle. If payment is received within 14 days of the Parking Contravention Charge being issued, the amount of the charge will be reduced in accordance with the provisions of the Notice.

Payment may be made by one of the methods detailed in the “Instructions for Payment” section of the Parking Contravention Charge Notice. Please quote your vehicle registration number and Parking Contravention Charge Notice number when making payment.

Failure to pay the Parking Contravention Charge within 28 days of the Parking Contravention Charge Notice being issued will result in us being entitled to take legal action against you for breach of contract, and may result in court proceedings.

We may request and obtain your (or the vehicle owner’s) personal details from the DVLA should you fail to make payment within 28 days. We will use your personal details only for the purpose of taking steps to recover payment of the Parking Contravention Charge.

If you consider that we have wrongly issued a Parking Contravention Charge Notice you may appeal, by writing to the address detailed on the Parking Contravention Charge Notice itself. We will then consider your appeal and notify you of our decision. Please note that if your appeal is made within 28 days of the date of issue of the Notice, your payment period will be extended by the time taken to determine the appeal.

The use of this Car Park may be regulated by traffic orders or byelaws under which a penalty may be payable for failing to comply with these terms and conditions or the requirements of the relevant order or byelaw. In such circumstances, separate notices specifying the relevant order or byelaw will be displayed in the Car Park.

If the equipment in the Car Park is damaged by you, your vehicle or the passengers in the vehicle then, except where the damage arises from our negligence, we will seek to recover the cost of that repair and associated administration costs from you.

12. Access, re-location and clamping of vehicles
Please note the airport car park closes one hour after our last scheduled flight arrival and is monitored by 24-hour security surveillance. it is not possible to gain entry to the car park outside of these times.

We reserve the right to refuse the admission of any vehicle to the Car Park for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to move vehicles within the Car Park, by driving or otherwise, using whatever method we consider appropriate (even if, as a consequence, damage is caused to your vehicle) to such extent as is reasonably necessary for the purposes of safety to persons or property to avoid obstruction or for the more efficient arrangement of our parking facilities at the Car Park.

We additionally reserve the right, where the Car Park has to be closed either permanently or temporarily in whole or in part or has to be evacuated in cases of emergency, to remove any vehicle at any time to any other reasonably convenient Car Park within our control or otherwise as may be expedient.

To the extent that it may be necessary to do so in the exercise of the rights conferred upon us under this condition, we reserve the right to drive or otherwise take your vehicle onto a public highway. In doing so we will take reasonable care of the vehicle.

13. Tariff
The parking fees payable by you (as varied from time to time) shall be as displayed on the tariff board at the Car Park. You are obliged to pay the fee and to comply with any instructions on the tariff board.

14. Payment and disposal of abandoned vehicles
If you intend to leave your vehicle in the Car Park for more than 28 days we recommended that you notify us in writing of your intention to do so.

We reserve the right to sell any vehicle which we reasonably believe to have been abandoned and shall be entitled to regard as abandoned any vehicle which has been in the Car Park for more than 28 days without prior notification and which is not known to be covered by a current valid Ticket.

Before proceeding with the disposal of abandoned vehicles, we will:
• make reasonable enquiries with a view to identifying and contacting the registered owner of the vehicle in question;
• give 28 days notice of our intention so to do to the registered owner by pre-paid post addressed to the registered owner’s last known address.

Abandoned vehicles will be sold by auction whenever practicable and the proceeds of sale will be applied in and towards satisfaction of all sums owing to us together with the expenses of sale and in connection with such sale we shall be entitled to charge reasonable garage charges in respect of the period during which the vehicle is in our possession.

Any balance of these sales proceeds remaining after satisfaction of such sums shall be held by us on behalf of the registered owner of the vehicle and paid over on proof of entitlement.

15. Prohibited activities
You must not tow any vehicle into the Car Park except as part of the services offered by persons authorised by us and no work on nor cleaning of vehicles by you or your agent other than with our prior specific permission is permitted in the Car Park. In the event of vehicle breakdown you must contact the attendant to ensure that your vehicle removal or repair is organised without causing disruption, damage or danger to any other person or property in the Car Park.

No activity in connection with the selling, hiring or other disposal of vehicles or goods or services shall be carried out in the Car Park without our prior specific written permission.

16. Variation of the terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall not be varied except in writing by our Car Park Management Team. Nothing said or done by any of our employees is be capable of varying these Terms and Conditions.

17. General
Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason other provisions are held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances. This land is Private Property and managed by Connaught Airport Development Company, trading as ‘Ireland West Airport’.

18. Contracts
All customers entering into a contract with us for the parking of a Vehicle at the Car Park, whether by purchasing a ticket or otherwise, will be considered to do so on behalf of themselves and all other persons with whom they hold themselves out as representing, and each customer warrants their authority so to contract. Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason other provisions are held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

19. Parking Charges
All parking charges (except in relation to advance pre-bookings) are displayed from time to time on the appropriate tariff boards displayed in the Car Park and can be altered at our discretion. Any charges will be applied immediately when the rates displayed on the tariff boards are changed. Payment may be made with cash, debit or credit cards or other electronic or telephonic means where available. Only cash transactions are available at all locations. If cheque payments are accepted at a particular location, cheques must be accompanied by a valid banker card covering the value of the transaction. Other proof of identity or address may be required.

20. Force Majeure
We do not accept liability for any cancellations, curtailments or otherwise caused by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorists activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines and all similar events beyond our control.

Further, we cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of this contract with you is prevented or affected as a result of such circumstances beyond our or your control.

21. Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall take away or modify any of your statutory rights or entitlements.

22. Third party relationships
We continue to partner up with companies that we feel will add value to our customer experience. We make no guarantees as to the quality of the service or product the customer receives from our partner(s).

24. Transaction responsibility
We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide. www.irelandwestairport.com maintains the highest levels of security. Our secure payment provider ADVAM uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. You can tell whether a page is secure as ‘https’ will replace the ‘http’ at the front of the ADVAM in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.

25. Conduct and Behaviour
Ireland West Airport promotes a safe and respectful environment for all passengers, visitors, and staff. Abusive, threatening, or unruly behaviour towards others will not be tolerated. The Airport may refuse service, deny access, or contact An Garda Síochána in response to such conduct.

Online Booking Terms & Conditions

Important Note: For prebooking car parking, when you enter and exit the Car Park, it is imperative that you follow the instructions you have been issued with in your booking confirmation. Please be aware that the online parking system now reads your car registration plate to activate your online booking and no longer uses credit / debit cards for this process. Please ensure you bring the car you booked with and the number plate is not damaged or dirty. If credit / debit cards are used at entry or exit and refunds are sought for additional charges please note an administration charge of €5 will apply to process any refunds in this regard.

1. Introduction
These Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for services made via Prebook.

These Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information and they specify those matters for which Connaught Airport Development Company Limited trading as Ireland West Airport does not accept responsibility.

All customers should read conditions 2 to 5 inclusive and condition 8. The Car Park Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Car Park are displayed in our Car Parks and can be accessed on our airport website. The Car Park Terms and Conditions should be read carefully as they form part of these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions.

Vehicles are parked in our car park at all times at the owner’s sole risk in all respects. Neither the Airport nor any of its servants or agents accepts liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents however caused. The placing of a vehicle in the car parks shall be deemed to be unqualified acceptance of these conditions.

2. Definitions
In these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions:
• “us” “we” and “our” means Connaught Airport Development Company trading as Ireland West Airport whose registered office is at Ireland West Airport, Charlestown, Co. Mayo
• “you”, “your” and “customer” means a person who shall have entered into a contract for the parking of a Vehicle at the Car Park.All customers entering into a contract with us for the parking of a Vehicle at the Car Park, whether by purchasing a ticket or otherwise,will be considered to do so on behalf of themselves and all other persons with whom they hold themselves out as representing;
• “Car Park” means any parking facility managed and/or operated by us provided for the parking of Vehicles;
• “Car Park Terms and Conditions” means the general car park terms and conditions which form part of these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions and are displayed at the Car Park and are accessible on the airport website.
• employees (acting in the course of business and within the scope of their duties towards us);
• “Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions including the Car Park Terms and Conditions;
• “Vehicle” means any vehicle which enters into the Car Park and includes any mechanical device on wheels or tracks, its equipment, accessories and everything that may be left in or on it;
• “Website” means Prebook 

3. Tickets
• 3.1 When you book car parking via the Website you will be given a unique booking reference number (“Booking Reference”) via email.
• 3.2 The booking you make is non-transferable either from you to someone else or between different car parks
• 3.3 The booking you make is valid only for the times, dates, price, Car Park, terminal (if relevant) and airport specified in your booking. The booking only permits you to make one entry and one exit per booking. It does not allow you to make multiple entries and exits during the period of your booking and you will be subject to a parking contravention charge notice in the event that you breach this provision.
• 3.4 Car parks are priced per 24 hour period or part thereof. Prices are subject to change and quotes provided are valid at the time of booking only.
• 3.5 The system will accept pre-bookings up to 12 hours prior to the expected time of arrival at the selected car park. It is not possible to book parking online within 12 hours of your arrival to the airport car park
• 3.6 The time period charged for when you pre-book is calculated on the basis of the times you select when making your booking. However, if your actual entry and exit time changes from the time period specified in your booking and as a result your actual time in the Car Park runs into another time period over and above that booked, must be settled before you leave the Car Park. The duration of the Vehicle’s stay within the Car Park will in such circumstances be finally determined by us. The terms of this paragraph 3.5 apply irrespective of the reason why you are late back into the Car Park unless your delayed return is caused directly by our negligence.
• 3.7 When you enter and exit the Car Park, it is imperative that you follow the instructions you have been issued with in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation of bookings
• 4.1 Please note, ‘best value airport car parking bookings’ are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled – this is clearly displayed on the car park description page when making a booking. In instances, and at the discretion of the airport, where a best value parking booking is refunded a €5 admin charge will apply.
• 4.2 There is no fee for amending or cancelling your booking when you purchase our ‘flexible airport car parking package’. You can cancel your booking via the online ‘Manage account’ tool when you log in to your account. Cancellations are not permitted with 12 hours hours before car park arrival.
• 4.3 Should you wish to cancel or amend your ‘flexible airport car parking’ booking or part of it you may do so via the website. There is no fee for amending or cancelling your booking when you purchase our ‘flexible airport car parking package’. Bookings for ‘best value car parking’ may not be cancelled and no refunds are provided for cancelled ‘best value car parking bookings’. In instances, and at the discretion of the airport, where a best value parking booking is refunded a €5 admin charge will apply.
• 4.4 We must receive notice of your cancellation of your ‘flexible airport car parking’ at least 24 hours before the entry time and date specified in your original booking in order to consider a refund. If you do not give the required advance notice as stated, no refund will be given. We will not refund any booking fees or credit card surcharges.
• 4.5 Changes to bookings made for ‘flexible airport parking’ may only be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before your booked arrival time. No changes to your booking are possible after that timeframe.
• 4.6 Where a change is required by you for a reduction in the number of days of your ‘flexible airport car park booking then’, we must receive notice of your change to your booking at least 12 hours before the Car Park entry time and date specified in your booking. If you do not give the required advance notice as stated, no refund will be given or if the change requires additional parking days to those indicated in your booking you will have to pay the full daily rate from time to time of the relevant Car Park. No retrospective refunds will be made after the Car Park entry time and date of your booking (as detailed on your booking confirmation) if you have not followed the cancellation and/or changes to booking procedures set out in these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions.
• 4.7 No retrospective refunds will be made after the Car Park entry time and date of your booking (as detailed on your booking confirmation) if you have not followed the cancellation and/or changes to ‘flexible airport car parking’ booking procedures set out in these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions.
• 4.8 If a refund is due, it will only be made where you can provide us with a pre-paid Booking Reference. Refunds are only made to the original card on which payment was made.
• 4.9 If we cancel your booking for any reason within our direct control and not due to an event beyond our control then we will refund the amount we have received from your pre-booking on the card on which the payment was made.
• 4.10 No refunds will be made other than as expressly provided for in these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions.

5. Variation of the Terms and Conditions
These Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions and any document referred to herein constitute the whole agreement between us and you. However, we reserve the right to amend these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions at any time. Nothing said or done by any of our representatives is capable of varying these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions.

6. General
• 6.1 Each of these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason other provisions are held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
• 6.2 Nothing in these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions shall take away or modify any of your statutory rights or entitlements.
• 6.3 These Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law and any claims arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
• 6.4 We shall store, process and use all information regarding your personal details in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. For further details on how we collect and use your information for marketing purposes please review our Privacy Policy.
• 6.5 If any provision of these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part of these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this agreement shall not be affected.
• 6.6 If a provision of these Pre-Booking Terms and Conditions (or part of any provision) is found illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
• 6.7.Online Prices stated on http://prebook.irelandwestairport.com/ are the best prices available when you book online only. The price stated as ‘normally’ at time of booking is the ‘gate rate’ price which would be applicable if you did not prebook your parking online. The discounted price offered for online bookings is discounted on the gate rate price. Our best parking rates will always be available online on Prebook

7. Development Fee
A Development Fee of €10 is charged to all departing passengers from Ireland West Airport aged 12 years and over. This is a service charge which the Airport charges for the use of its facilities and as a contribution toward infrastructure developments, including passenger and airline services, ongoing maintenance and operation of this airport. The services include terminal facilities, safety and security, airline services such as air traffic control, navigational aids, runway systems, aircraft parking, and fire services. All airports charge for their services. Most collect fees through the airlines which you see included as taxes, fees and charges at the time of booking and paying for your airline ticket. Our Development Fee forms part of our overall service charges, and we choose to charge this fee in an open and transparent manner. All airlines, tour operators and travel agents have been notified of our service charge and have been requested to make passengers aware of it before booking travel out of our Airport. We have advised them to publish it on all their relevant communications including their websites, with the option of linking to our website for the explanations in full. The Airport reserves the right to refuse to handle any passenger unless he/she has paid the Fee or provided ‘booking confirmation’ confirming pre-payment of the development fee.

8. Business Lounge
To gain access to the lounge please present yourself with your print out of your prebook lounge confirmation at our ‘Information Desk’ in the main terminal where on verifcation you will be granted access to the lounge. The lounge operates as follows:
• Open 7 days a week from 08:00-17:30, the lounge is available to all but with some guidelines!
• The maximum length of time per stay in the lounge is 3 hours and all products available in the lounge are not permitted to be removed from the lounge
• Children under 18 are allowed entry and must be accompanied by an adult.
• If you prebooked, please bring your email confirmation on the day to gain access to the Ireland West Executive Lounge.
• Passengers are asked to behave and dress appropriately at all times, with no football shirts permitted.
• Ireland West Airport have the right to refuse entry to anyone, or ask them to be removed, if their dress or code of conduct is offensive or disruptive to other passengers.

9. Retail & Catering vouchers
The Retail voucher offer applies to spends of €50 or over in ShopWest at Ireland West Airport and voucher must be presented at time of purchase. You will then receive an extra €5 off when spending €50 or more. Offer excludes all purchases of alcohol and tobacco including duty free purchases of alcohol and tobacco. Offer also excludes purchases of products which are currently on special offer in ShopWest or part of a ‘multibuy purchase’ eg 2 bags of sweets for €5. Only one voucher may be used per passenger. The offer and any products in store are subject to availability. This voucher is non-refundable, transferable and no monetary alternative will be offered in lieu of this voucher and this voucher may not be used against previous purchases. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher or additional saving and has a cash redemption value of 0.01c. Only printed versions of this voucher will be accepted. Promoter: Ireland West Airport.

The Slainte restaraunt voucher offer applies to spend of €10 or over in Sláinte Restaurant at Ireland West Airport and voucher must be presented at time of purchase. You will then receive 10% off your bill when spending €10 or more. Offer excludes all purchases of alcohol and tobacco. Only one voucher may be used per passenger. 10. Contracting
All customers entering into a contract with us for the parking of a Vehicle at the Car Park, whether by purchasing a ticket or otherwise, will be considered to do so on behalf of themselves and all other persons with whom they hold themselves out as representing, and each customer warrants their authority so to contract.

11. Force Majeure
We do not accept liability for any cancellations, curtailments or otherwise caused by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorists activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines and all similar events beyond our control. Further, we cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of this contract with you is prevented or affected as a result of such circumstances beyond our or your control.

12. Car Park Closing Times
Please note the airport car park closes one hour after our last scheduled flight arrival and is monitored by 24-hour security surveillance. it is not possible to gain entry to the car park outside of these times.

13. Non-Exclusion
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall take away or modify any of your statutory rights or entitlements.

Standard gate rates for parking at Ireland West Airport are available on the airport website. Promo codes are available for a limited period of time as advertised and are subject to availability.
